Pistol Warranty
A non-transferable one-year muzzle-to-magwell warranty covers all firearms manufactured by Atlas Gunworks. Atlas Gunworks will cover two-day shipping to and from the factory. This warranty covers everything except damage from ammunition outside of SAMI Specification Standards, improper use, or normal wear and tear at Atlas Gunwork's discretion.
Atlas Gunworks warrants that Atlas Gunworks-built firearms are originally manufactured free of defects in material, workmanship, and mechanical function. For the lifetime of the firearm, Atlas Gunworks agrees to correct any defect in the firearm by repair, adjustment, or replacement, at Atlas Gunworks’s option, with the same or comparable quality components (or by replacing the firearms at Atlas Gunworks’s option).
This limited warranty is null and void if the firearm has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), fired with ammunition outside of SAMI Specification Standards, fired with an obstruction in the barrel, damaged through failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or if unauthorized repair or alteration has been performed on the firearm. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts.
Subject to the foregoing, this limited warranty confers the right to have the covered firearm or its parts repaired, adjusted, or replaced exclusively upon the owner. No implied warranties are made herein, and this warranty does not apply to any accessory items attached to or appurtenant to the firearm. In no event shall Atlas Gunworks be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this limited warranty.
We at Atlas Gunworks believe timely maintenance is the key to a 100,000+ round gun. We work hard to return guns quickly so that you can keep shooting. Shooting an Atlas pistol means never having to worry about long lead times for service. We offer an annual maintenance program to avoid unexpected service needs and highly recommend that all our customers utilize this program for the life of their pistol. Due to the restrictive regulations around shipping and exporting firearms and parts, our customer satisfaction policy cannot apply to International customers. If you have a service-related issue with an Atlas Gunworks product or firearm outside the USA, we will try to rectify your problem. Still, we cannot guarantee return shipping, prompt service, or firearm inspection. If you have a firearm that requires parts or service, we recommend delivering the firearm to the authorized Atlas Gunworks distributor/dealer servicing your country or region.
Order Changes
Order changes will be considered only for the first 30 days after receiving a deposit. After 30 days, any changes will be subject to a $100 change fee per change. Requested changes are not guaranteed, and major component changes may not be possible.
Returns/Refunds
Atlas Models: All pistols require a 40% deposit to begin the build process. If a refund is requested and approved within 30 days of the order date, Atlas Gunworks will assess a 15% cancellation fee. Refunds requested and approved for orders more than 30 days after the order date will incur an additional 5% restocking fee. If a pistol is canceled to purchase a New Atlas Gunworks Pistol directly from Atlas Gunworks or an Authorized Atlas Gunworks Stocking Pistol Dealer,Atlas will assess a flat $200 cancellation fee.
Parts: Unaltered (including for fitting), unused parts may be returned for a full refund within 30 days, minus shipping charges incurred by Atlas Gunworks. Return parts must be shipped to the returns department with customer information, including name, phone number, address, and reason for return. Upon receiving the part, a team member will contact you to process any applicable refunds or exchanges.

Abandoned Orders / Service Work
Upon notification of build or service completion, you will have 30 days to pay any remaining balance and provide return shipping instructions. Orders: After 30 days, the pistol is considered an abandoned order. Abandoned orders forfeit any previous deposits paid and are made available for sale to other customers. Service: After 30 days, service orders will incur a $10 per day storage fee. After 60 total days, the firearm will be considered abandoned and forfeited to Atlas Gunworks.
Corporate Credit or Debit Policy
ACH
Authorization to Debit Vendor’s Bank Account for Direct Ordering Fees
1.1 Vendor authorizes Atlas Gunworks / Perfect Zero through its payment provider to initiate ACH debits from the Vendor’s specified bank account with the following fee structure:
Marketplace Fee: 3% of the total gross sales processed for Vendor through the Atlas Gunworks / Perfect Zero Marketplace.
1.2. Debit Frequency: Debits will occur on a recurring basis, not less than once per week and not more than once per day, depending on Vendor’s processing volume.
1.3. Variable Amount Authorization: Vendor acknowledges and agrees that each debit amount will vary based on actual sales activity for the applicable settlement period. Vendor agrees that each debit initiated under this authorization shall be treated as though it were signed and authorized by Vendor in writing.
1.4. Identification of Originators. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that: Atlas Gunworks / Perfect Zero preferred merchant service will act as the primary Originator and processor-of-record, via its then-current payment processor initiating ACH debits on Atlas Gunworks / Perfect Zero’s behalf, and that both entities are jointly initiating and processing ACH debit entries in accordance with Nacha rules.
1.5. Vendor Bank Account Information: Vendor shall provide the appropriate bank account information promptly upon request of Atlas Gunworks / Perfect Zero including, Bank Name, Routing Number, Account Number, and Account type (e.g. Business Checking, Business Savings). A voided check or bank verification letter may be required.
1.6. Representations. Vendor represents that: (a) the account it provides is a business account, (b) Vendor has the authority to permit B2B CCD debits, (c) Vendor understands this authorization is governed by the Nacha Operating Rules, and (d) Vendor agrees to comply with the Straddle Payment Services Agreement incorporated into this Agreement.
1.7. Digital Acceptance & Recordkeeping. If this form is executed electronically: Vendor’s digital signature, checkbox selection, or submission constitutes valid execution. Atlas Gunworks / Perfect Zero will capture and store IP address, timestamp, account info, consent action, and authorization record to maintain Nacha compliance.
1.8. Revocation of Authorization. Vendor may revoke this authorization by providing written notice to Atlas Gunworks / Perfect Zero at [email protected] at least three (3) business days before the next scheduled debit. Revocation does not relieve Vendor of amounts owed or fees already accrued.
1.9. ACH Return Fee. Vendor agrees that any returned or rejected debit may result in a $30 return/NSF fee and immediate suspension of payouts or marketplace access until the account is brought current.
1.10. Duration of Authorization. This authorization remains in effect until: Vendor provides a valid revocation under Section 6; and all outstanding marketplace, processing, or platform fees owed to Atlas Gunworks / Perfect Zero are paid in full.
Choice of Forum
By becoming a customer, you agree to Atlas Gunworks’ purchasing terms and conditions, including that you, as the customer, acknowledge and agree that any disputes that may arise between you as the customer and Atlas Gunworks shall be interpreted and enforced following the laws of the state of Vermont, and exclusive jurisdiction is with the Vermont state superior court in the county in which Atlas Gunworks is located.
Privacy Policy
Atlas Gunworks does not retain any payment information collected from our customers, and all information collected during a sale is securely processed and not released to other merchants, vendors, individuals, etc. The personally identifiable information you provide us and information about your order may be combined with additional personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) from our records and other sources. We also use Pixel Tags(or similar) to collect additional information regarding your browsing experience. This information will make our future marketing efforts more efficient and provide you with a more relevant and timely brand and shopping experience. This information may also be shared with our third-party service providers who assist us with our marketing efforts and with other marketers whose products or services we feel may interest you.
