Joe Dwyer has been working in the shooting sports industry since 2020 and shooting as part of Team Atlas Gunworks for the last two years. He started shooting an Atlas Athena when he realized his current arsenal was lacking in accuracy, quality, and performance. 

As an owner of multiple companies in the 2A space, Joe understands the importance of training and requiring only perfection from one’s choice of firearms. For that reason, he shoots Atlas pistols. His models of choice are the Athena and Artemis which he shoots in Limited optics for USPSA in addition to shooting PCSL and other shooting disciplines. Joe most recently took high overall at the Gunsite Alumni Shoot Match, adding to his shooting résumé, a win at the nation’s oldest and largest privately own training facility.

Joe Farewell has been running Atlas handguns since 2018 and has used them to win numerous state, regional, and national championships in USPSA multigun competitions. 

As an accomplished competitor on the national and world stages, Joe also has a SWAT background and currently trains military, law enforcement, and civilians around the world, specializing in instructor development and high performance practical shooting with rifle and pistol. 

In addition to his in-person classes, Joe also created the Dryfire Mastery online courses and community, condensing his 15+ years of experience into consumable online courses for Competitive Handgun, Carbine, Multigun, and even a Home Defense course.

Ryan got into competitive shooting in 2018 at a local match and was hooked almost immediately. Before long, he was helping run monthly matches, building stages, and working as a range officer, giving back to the sport that drew him in. He began competing in USPSA in 2023 and now shoots Open, Limited Optics, and Outlaw matches across the Northeast with Atlas pistols.

Ryan enjoys welcoming new shooters, helping with match setup, and keeping matches running smoothly. Off the range, he’s a husband and dad who puts family first.

Jovani is a SWAT officer, sniper, and firearms instructor serving as an Assistant Tactical Team Leader and SWAT Training Coordinator. He works alongside his team to develop SWAT officers, support critical training, and help ensure everyone is prepared to perform when it matters most. 

Outside of his duties, Jovani is a competitive shooter who participates in The Tactical Games, The Patriot Games, PRS, Quantified Performance style matches, and others in both individual and team divisions. He is currently unclassified in USPSA and is steadily working toward an A or Master classification. He has been fortunate to find success on the podium in competitions he has entered and is genuinely grateful for every opportunity to compete, especially when representing his SWAT team. 

Rather than specializing in a single discipline, Jovani competes across multiple shooting sports because he believes it makes him a more complete and adaptable shooter as well as SWAT officer. He is the first to admit this path takes longer, and he will tell you himself that he still has much to learn. What keeps him going is a genuine love for the craft and a quiet commitment to getting better every day. He considers it a privilege to represent his sponsors and does his best to honor that trust through professionalism and consistent performance.

My name is Cole Snyder, and I’m a law enforcement officer based in Southern California, where I serve with a large agency. I’m a member of our Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team, operating in high-risk environments and training alongside other highly skilled operators.

I also serve as one of our department’s firearms instructors. In that role, I focus on developing officers’ shooting proficiency, emphasizing both strong fundamentals and the ability to apply those skills effectively in real-world situations.

Outside of my duty work, I’m an active competitor in the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), where I’ve achieved Master class. Competitive shooting has played a major role in refining my speed, efficiency, and stage execution, and I apply those lessons directly to my law enforcement training and instruction.

I’m also involved in supporting and growing the law enforcement shooting community. I help run the OC LEO Practical Shooting Team, where we focus on improving performance and building a strong network of law enforcement shooters. In addition, I assist in organizing and running the Southwest Handgun Classic, a match that brings together competitors from across the region.

Between my roles as a SWAT operator, firearms instructor, and competitive shooter, I’m committed to continuously improving my own performance while helping others raise their standards as well.

William “Tell” Stout is a state law enforcement officer, combat veteran, and lifelong student of the gun with over 20 years of shooting experience. He served 5 years in active duty and is currently in the Tennessee National Guard as a Forward Observer/JFO, training soldiers in advanced tactics and marksmanship. 

A competitive shooter since the age of 12, he has earned multiple state, national, and world titles across IDPA, while still competing in many other disciplines of shooting sports and outlaw matches. With over a million rounds fired and experience as a gunsmith apprentice, he brings both practical and technical knowledge to every range and classroom. Sponsored by Atlas Gunworks and his own company, American Gunfighter, he remains focused on continual improvement and helping others raise their standards.

Todd Thompson entered the competitive shooting world after years as a high level CrossFit athlete, looking for a new arena to test discipline, composure, and grit. He began shooting through GORUCK events, where physical endurance met marksmanship and sparked a new competitive fire. 

Transitioning into The Tactical Games, Todd quickly proved he belonged. In his first event in Holt, Florida, he secured a 5th place finish and qualified for Nationals—despite running borrowed gear and learning the sport in real time. 

The 2025 season marked a breakout year. Returning to Holt, he earned his first event win. He followed that performance with another 1st place finish in North Carolina, establishing himself as a consistent podium contender. At Nationals, with a refined understanding of ballistics and match strategy, he secured 2nd place overall—missing the National title by less than 1%. 

With multiple event wins and a Nationals podium across two seasons, Todd opened the 2026 season with another 1st place finish, continuing to build momentum as a top-tier competitor. 

A 23-year firefighter and 16-year CrossFit affiliate owner at CrossFit Grit, Todd approaches competition with a professional mindset—structured preparation, accountability, and performance under pressure.

Brian Wice was introduced to competitive shooting during his service in the US Army.
