Policies

A non-transferable one-year muzzle-to-magwell warranty covers all firearms manufactured by Atlas Gunworks. Atlas Gunworks will cover two-day shipping to and from the factory. This warranty covers everything except damage from ammunition outside of SAMI Specification Standards, improper use, or normal wear and tear at Atlas Gunwork's discretion.

Atlas Gunworks warrants that Atlas Gunworks-built firearms are originally manufactured free of defects in material, workmanship, and mechanical function. For the lifetime of the firearm, Atlas Gunworks agrees to correct any defect in the firearm by repair, adjustment, or replacement, at Atlas Gunworks’s option, with the same or comparable quality components (or by replacing the firearms at Atlas Gunworks’s option).

This limited warranty is null and void if the firearm has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), fired with ammunition outside of SAMI Specification Standards, fired with an obstruction in the barrel, damaged through failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or if unauthorized repair or alteration has been performed on the firearm. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts.

Subject to the foregoing, this limited warranty confers the right to have the covered firearm or its parts repaired, adjusted, or replaced exclusively upon the owner. No implied warranties are made herein, and this warranty does not apply to any accessory items attached to or appurtenant to the firearm. In no event shall Atlas Gunworks be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this limited warranty.

We at Atlas Gunworks believe timely maintenance is the key to a 100,000+ round gun. We work hard to return guns quickly so that you can keep shooting. Shooting an Atlas pistol means never having to worry about long lead times for service. We offer an annual maintenance program to avoid unexpected service needs and highly recommend that all our customers utilize this program for the life of their pistol. Due to the restrictive regulations around shipping and exporting firearms and parts, our customer satisfaction policy cannot apply to International customers. If you have a service-related issue with an Atlas Gunworks product or firearm outside the USA, we will try to rectify your problem. Still, we cannot guarantee return shipping, prompt service, or firearm inspection. If you have a firearm that requires parts or service, we recommend delivering the firearm to the authorized Atlas Gunworks distributor/dealer servicing your country or region.

Order Changes

Order changes will be considered only for the first 30 days after receiving a deposit. After 30 days, any changes will be subject to a $100 change fee per change. Requested changes are not guaranteed, and major component changes may not be possible.

Returns/Refunds

Atlas Models: All pistols require a 40% deposit to begin the build process. If a refund is requested and approved within 30 days of the order date, Atlas Gunworks will assess a 15% cancellation fee. Refunds requested and approved for orders more than 30 days after the order date will incur an additional 5% restocking fee. If a pistol is canceled to purchase a New Atlas Gunworks Pistol directly from Atlas Gunworks or an Authorized Atlas Gunworks Stocking Pistol Dealer,Atlas will assess a flat $200 cancellation fee.

Parts: Unaltered (including for fitting), unused parts may be returned for a full refund within 30 days, minus shipping charges incurred by Atlas Gunworks. Return parts must be shipped to the returns department with customer information, including name, phone number, address, and reason for return. Upon receiving the part, a team member will contact you to process any applicable refunds or exchanges.

Abandoned Orders / Service Work

Upon notification of build or service completion, you will have 30 days to pay any remaining balance and provide return shipping instructions. Orders: After 30 days, the pistol is considered an abandoned order. Abandoned orders forfeit any previous deposits paid and are made available for sale to other customers. Service: After 30 days, service orders will incur a $10 per day storage fee. After 60 total days, the firearm will be considered abandoned and forfeited to Atlas Gunworks.
