Atlas Gunworks Thumb Safties are designed for ideal ergonomics. Achieving an excellent pistol grip involves friction and leverage; our high-grip thumb safety improves both. Safeties are compatible with most 1911/1911DS/2011 Models but will require fitting.

- Paddle width in the center-right side is .340 inches
- Paddle width in the center-left side is .185 inches
- Precision machined 17-4 stainless steel
- Heat treated
- DLC coating
- Safety lugs uncoated for fitting
- Blending will remove the coating - see photo for aesthetics with common pistols
- Ambidextrous design for right-handed/left-handed operation
- Fitting for sear engagement will be required - recommended gunsmith fit
